It is the customer’s responsibility to determine the legality of receiving a product into their state or country. All items denied delivery to the destination due to customs restrictions and subsequently returned to us will be refunded minus all shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee, if the product is received in a marketable condition. If the product is not returned to us by customs, the customer is responsible for the entire bill.
